This Serapi shows a dominant stepped medallion in navy and russet set into an ivory ground enlivened by stylised floral vines and angular spandrels. Knotted in wool, the surface retains a tactile clarity with low wear and gentle abrash that tempers the warm rust and brown tones. Multiple floral-geometric borders provide a structured frame, their softened edges adding quiet depth to the composition.
