A finely drawn central medallion sits within a prayer-niche silhouette, while the surrounding border carries scrolling blossoms, palmettes, and oval reserve motifs in ivory, brown, and pale blue. The wool surface shows low distress, with softened colour and a calm, lived-in hand that preserves the clarity of the design. Circa 1925 - 1940, it reads as grounded and decorative, with the restrained weathering adding depth rather than distraction.
