This Sultanabad antique rug measures 396 x 472 cm and carries a densely worked floral field of scrolling vines, palmettes, and branching motifs across a deep navy ground. The rust red border creates a clear frame, while cream, ivory, and muted blue details soften the composition and give it a measured brightness. Woven in wool, the surface shows low distress, with gentle fading and light edge character that add to its depth without interrupting the design.
