The overall colour palette is neutral and brown with gentle abrash that lends depth without harsh contrast. Low distress preserves a plush handle and the borders remain well defined, while even surface wear speaks to careful use over time. This antique rug presents a composed interplay of scale and restraint, its motifs open yet assured. Circa 1910 - 1930. The softened surface retains a quiet, tactile character shaped by time.
