The red ground has mellowed to warm tones; large floral medallions and scrolling vines sit against a sky-blue border, punctuated by cream and neutral accents. Surface wear and visible abrash produce a soft, tactile patina; medium distress and areas of pile loss lend the piece a quietly aged character.
