A considered Sultanabad in wool, this antique rug presents a softened central medallion floating in a muted neutral ground with brown accents and warm red highlights. The vocabulary is floral and vegetal, the broad border articulating the field with repeated foliate motifs and small palmettes. Wear is low, showing even colour change and gentle abrash that lend a calm patina and tactile depth without pronounced loss.
