Around it, layered borders in ivory, rose, and blue create a crisp frame, while the broader field shows a softly aged palette with visible variation and wear. Circa 1930 - 1955, the rug carries the hallmarks of a collected, time-softened piece, where ornament and patina work together with quiet clarity.
