A Farahan Sarouk in wool, its deep navy ground populated by repeating medallion rosettes and upright floral stems. Measuring 330 x 384 cm, the layout is compact and disciplined, the terracotta main border and pale cream guards enclosing an intricate floral field with touches of light blue. The pile shows low distress and subtle abrash across the dark ground, the edges tidy with minor fringe wear. This antique rug reads as a quietly confident example of traditional design, tactile and heritage-aware in both colour and composition. Circa 1900 - 1920
