Neutral beige, brown, cream, and white are punctuated by muted blue and rust within the border, creating a balanced, time-softened palette. The field shows notable abrasion and faded areas, with age evident in the surface and edges. Circa 1890 - 1910, it reflects the ordered geometry and grounded colour sensibility associated with Mallayer weaving, presented here with a calm, heritage-rich presence.
