This Oushak antique rug measures 94 x 404 cm, with a long, narrow field set beneath diagonal bands that move across a mellow cream ground. Woven in wool, it carries a restrained palette of ivory, beige, muted blue, and warm brown, balanced by a narrow border of repeating geometric ornament. The internal motifs are small and rhythmic, with floral and angular details that lend the composition a measured, layered feel.
