The border is finely worked, with a dense garland of blossoms that holds the image in balance. Wool lends the surface a soft, grounded texture, and the low distress preserves strong colour and detail throughout. Cream, soft blue, green, gold, and black accents add nuance against the warmer ground. Circa 1940 - 1960, it carries the poised decorative language associated with Ravar Kerman weaving.
