An Oushak of generous scale in soft wool, its cream field warmed by pale peach and faded coral tones. A prominent central medallion and scattered palmettes sit within layered guards and a wide outer border, the whole rendered in a gentle colourway. Even abrash and medium surface wear lend a lived-in texture; the low wool pile and softened edges speak to age and repair handled with restraint. This antique rug retains formal clarity while feeling quietly sun-aged. Circa 1900 - 1920. 325 x 411 cm. The softened surface retains a quiet, tactile character shaped by time.
