The wool shows medium wear and gentle abrash, producing a soft, low-contrast surface where large palmettes and stylised florals settle into the field. The broad border reads as a rhythmic frame, its pattern worn and whisper-thin at the edges. At 378 x 587 cm the scale is generous, the weave conveying a handmade presence and time-softened texture.
