A broad rust outer border contains repeating floral compartments and tiny geometric motifs, providing a formal frame to the relaxed centre. Medium wear and gentle abrash create a softened, tactile surface where cream and ivory highlights emerge against the muted ground. The piece reads as an antique rug with an intentional, timeworn restraint; its palette and scale feel quiet and considered, typifying Oushak vocabulary matured by use. Circa 1900 - 1920.
