This Tabriz presents a compact, medallion-led composition in wool, the red cartouche set against a neutral field of small flowering motifs and cream highlights. Borders of repeated rosettes and vines frame the centre with considered restraint. Wear is low and even; a discreet patina and gentle abrash lend quiet depth to the colours while preserving surface clarity. The tactile wool fibre and measured palette read as crafted and time-softened, a restrained example of regional design language. Circa 1920 - 1935. The piece measures 127 x 173 cm and is presented as an antique rug with refined presence.
