This Tabriz offers a muted palette of gold, neutral and brown tones across a broad, gently worn field; it is an antique rug measuring 432 x 655 cm. A central geometric medallion anchors the composition while delicate floral vine borders and compact corner spandrels provide measured decoration. Visible abrash and medium distress give the wool a lived-in hand and an even, softened surface, enhancing the sense of age without obscuring the pattern.
