A Tehran wool antique rug presented in a muted neutral and brown palette with cream and white highlights, its allover medallion lattice forming a calm, rhythmic field. The repeating floral rosettes and scrolling vines feel composed and tactile, while the stepped guard borders provide a subtle frame for the central pattern. Wear is low and even, allowing soft abrash and gentle pile compression to articulate the fibre and colour. The piece reads as a quietly aged textile with preserved structure and surface character. Circa 1900 - 1920. Measurements: 376 x 594 cm.
