Amritsa in wool displays a soft, cream ground with neutral washes and discreet burgundy and olive colour accents. A central medallion gently recedes into an all-over field of palmettes, scrolling vines and refined floral arabesques. The condition shows medium distress with subtle abrash and softened pile that reads as tactile age rather than damage. The narrow foliate border keeps the composition composed while the surface retains a muted, heritage-aware presence. This is an antique rug with a subdued palette and considered wear. Circa 1900 - 1920. Size: 259 x 381 cm.
