Amritsa rendered in gold and ruby tones, centred by a rounded medallion set within a dense flowering vine field. The edges present layered guards and calligraphic panels, the corners defined by rosette motifs. Woven from wool with low distress, the pile retains a soft sheen and a tactile, lived-in surface. This antique rug, 302 x 396 cm, shows restrained abrash and even fading that emphasise the design’s fine details while remaining structurally well preserved. The overall presence is quietly refined and heritage-aware. Circa 1895 - 1920. The softened surface retains a quiet, tactile character shaped by time.
