This Ghashgai antique rug, measuring 140 x 203 cm, presents a dense lattice of geometric medallions across a deep ground, with each shape surrounded by small floral details and subtle colour shifts. The border introduces a brisk outer frame of angular village motifs in brown, cream, blue-grey, and rust, which adds movement to the more ordered centre.
