This Caucasian antique rug measures 112 x 168 cm and carries a softly worn field of cream, faded rose, slate blue, and muted gold. Repeating geometric medallions drift across the centre, enclosed by layered border bands that bring structure to the otherwise open, weathered ground. The wool pile shows medium distress, with clear fading, scattered wear, and mellowed contrast that emphasise the rug’s age and texture.
