This Ravar Kerman antique rug measures 122 x 193 cm and shows the hushed depth of an aged wool ground softened by time. The composition is anchored by a formal central field of vases, floral sprays, and scrolling arabesque detail, enclosed by a dense border in plum, blue, and muted rose. Medium distress has reduced the contrast and given the surface a well-held, weathered look without losing the structure of the design. Circa 1900 - 1915, it feels layered and lightly faded, with a calm, decorative rhythm that remains visible through the patina.
