The field is organised in an allover diamond lattice, with geometric borders, small guard bands, and pointed gabled ends that bring structure to the composition. Brown, neutral, white, and cream tones sit in a muted balance, allowing the worn surface to read with depth and warmth. Circa 1910 - 1930, it shows the medium distress and gentle irregularities expected of an antique rug with settled character. The softened surface retains a quiet, tactile character shaped by time.
