This Ravar Kerman antique rug, measuring 267 x 335 cm, is woven in wool with a restrained palette of cream, warm beige, and muted blue. The field unfolds in an allover floral composition with mirrored medallion motifs, enclosed by layered border bands that lend structure to the dense ornament. Circa 1935 - 1965, its medium distress has softened the pattern and reduced the contrast, creating a time-worn surface with visible wear, quiet fading, and an easy sense of age.
