This Kysari antique rug in silk measures 239 x 305 cm and carries a finely balanced, painterly design in red, gold, and muted neutral shades. Three arched panels contain graceful tree forms rising from a vase, set within a field of floral detail and enclosed by layered borders that lend the composition a measured rhythm. The silk surface adds a gentle lustre and a soft, tactile presence. Low distress is evident in the faded colour and lightly worn edges, which contribute to its quiet, time-softened character.
