A Ghom in wool, 112 x 152 cm, centred by a stepped indigo medallion set into a warm salmon-brown ground, its floral arabesques repeated in the layered borders. The composition is composed and measured, the colour set leaning between neutral brown and restrained blue accents. Wear is low and even, with gentle abrash that enhances surface texture rather than erasing detail; fringes remain intact and edges are tidy. The result is an antique rug that feels both disciplined and softly aged, a material trace of careful craft. Circa 1905 - 1945.
