A procession of octagonal medallions is linked by angular latticework, the centre relieved by geometric stars and rosette guards that frame the composition. The weave shows minimal wear and slight abrash, retaining clear pattern and a tactile, woollen surface. This antique rug has a composed, design-literate presence and a refined, neutral-focused palette that reads with understatement and age.
