A procession of hexagonal medallions punctuates a pale neutral centre, their internal florals and geometric infill rendered in red and brown tones with rust accents. The piece shows low, even wear and a supple pile that keeps pattern clarity while softening the colour edges; subtle abrash gives the field depth. Narrow guard borders frame the composition with repeated small motifs, the overall effect quiet and tactile, shaped by age and handling. This antique rug reads as a considered, heritage piece.
