Cream and ivory tones sit beside pale blue and navy accents, the palette mellowed by even abrash and softened pile. Calligraphic cartouches punctuate the guard border and lend a rhythmic edge to the composition. Medium distress and light staining contribute to a quietly aged surface and tactile character.
