This Ravar Kerman in wool has a pale, near-ivory ground where repeating boteh and palmette motifs float beneath a washed surface. Concentric borders frame the soft, neutral palette of cream, beige, brown and muted rose with scattered sage accents. Significant pile loss and surface bleaching create a textured abrash and a worn, lived-in character across the field; the borders remain legible though softened. Presented as an antique rug of substantial scale, the measurements are 295 x 465 cm and the atmosphere is quietly archival. Circa 1925 - 1940. The softened surface retains a quiet, tactile character shaped by time.
