At 493 x 706 cm the composition feels formal yet airy, contained by a broad floral border in softer blues and warm neutrals. The colourway reads cream, blue and muted taupe, mellowed by medium wear and even abrash that gives the surface a soft, timeworn sheen. This antique rug shows softened pile and subtle edge wear while the drawn motifs and dye harmonies remain clear beneath the patina. Circa 1930 - 1945
