A long Sarab runner in a restrained cream and gold ground, woven in wool with navy and rust accents that read as refined contrast against the light field. Three linked geometric medallions are punctuated by stylised rosettes and small roundels, surrounded by narrow foliate and cartouche borders. The piece exhibits low wear, even colour and a soft, tactile pile that preserves linear pattern and hand. This antique rug balances serene colour and graphic rhythm, a quietly considered example of traditional weaving. Circa 1900 - 1920. Measurements: 109 x 366 cm.
