Silk Kysari woven in a soft, neutral colourway of cream, off-white and muted brown. The pictorial field, with horses, figures and a low rocky band beneath slender trees, reads like a faded painting; fine floral motifs and a narrow guard border frame the scene. Wear is even, with medium distress and gentle abrash that reveal the silk fibre’s delicate sheen in places. The piece retains a poetic, tactile presence at 122 x 175 cm, an intimate antique rug with a quiet, aged patina.
