This Hamadan antique rug measures 79 x 117 cm and shows a compact, symmetrical composition set against a saturated red ground. A central medallion, mirrored floral forms, and a narrow, patterned border create a disciplined structure, while the smaller motifs add movement across the field. Woven in wool, the surface has a gently softened handle and low distress that lends warmth without diminishing definition.
