This Kurd antique rug measures 99 x 282 cm and presents a slender, architectural layout with a quietly weathered surface. The central navy field is drawn in a repeating lattice, then enclosed by several borders that blend beige, brown, faded coral, and restrained blue accents. Floral sprays and small geometric forms soften the overall composition, while the long format keeps the design moving with a measured cadence. Medium distress is evident in the fading, worn pile, and frayed fringe. Circa 1900 - 1915, it has the understated depth and tactile character often sought in an antique rug.
