The muted green border and layered guards give structural rhythm while gentle abrash and low wear lend a soft, sun‑faded colour and tactility to the fibre. Motifs follow Agra tradition: palmettes, scrolling stems and measured symmetry, composed with a calm, heritage-aware restraint. This antique rug presents age as patina rather than damage.
