An allover lattice of interconnected cartouches contains small floral rosettes and palmettes, while neutral and navy accents articulate the warm brown-red field. Low wear preserves a tactile pile and clear border definition; subtle abrash and even tonality lend the surface a layered patina. The outer guard borders provide a measured, scrolling cadence that reinforces the rug's quiet architectural presence. This antique rug carries a considered, heritage-aware character.
