POSITION OVERVIEW
Woven is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a sophisticated eye for design, strong technical capabilities, and a passion for innovation. This role is ideal for a designer who excels in visual storytelling, brand building, and multi-channel creative execution—including web, print, photo/video, and emerging technologies like AI. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and brings a modern aesthetic aligned with the luxury market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brand & Graphic Design
- Own and maintain the visual brand identity across all platforms.
- Design digital and print collateral including email campaigns, social assets, packaging, presentations, and stationery.
- Ensure consistency in typography, layout, and color usage across all creative assets.
- Collaborate with the Digital Product Manager to improve UX/UI design on the website, including homepage, landing pages, and product pages.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends in fashion, interiors, and luxury to keep the brand visually current.
- Photo, Video & Visual Execution
- Plan and participate in in-house photo and video shoots for behind-the-scenes, social, and marketing content.
- Oversee image retouching, color correction, and video editing.
- Operate DSLR or mirrorless cameras and gimbals; direct lighting and visual composition.
- Produce short-form videos for social platforms and campaigns (Premiere Pro required; After Effects a plus).
- AI Integration & Innovation
- Use AI tools to streamline content creation workflows, mockups, and asset generation.
- Incorporate AI-enhanced editing, image generation, and automation to increase design efficiency and ideation.
- Stay informed on AI advancements relevant to design, branding, and creative development.
- Organization & Collaboration
- Manage a well-organized digital asset system using Dropbox and Google Drive.
- Provide direction to junior designers and ensure high creative standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and executive leadership.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and brand alignment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 3–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably within luxury, fashion, interiors, or lifestyle brands.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro); Figma and After Effects are a plus.
- Strong creative portfolio showcasing branding, typography, digital design, and AI-enhanced work.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools such as Klaviyo.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Passion for design innovation, storytelling, and emerging tools and platforms.
